About Jayhan Aidi

A jack of all trades, a master of none, is oftentimes more useful, than a master of one." From that quote alone, I identify as a multipotentialite. Meaning, I am quite well-versed in multiple skills essential to an organization. This includes client-facing skills, back-end skills, interpersonal communication, data analysis and conflict resolution. I take my work seriously and fully commit myself to my customers as well as their request to ensure all problems are resolved on the first call. Every call is unique and different, and I view it as a personal challenge to ensure maximum satisfaction with each of my customers as well. I'm very good at making my customers feel valued and cared for, all while resolving their issues. The philosophy I hold in my life is to always try something new. Explore something new, at the earliest convenience you have. I have always liked learning new skills and new interests in life. Because of that philosophy, I believe that my varied interest has helped me in developing skills in various fields.
