Believe in the power of measurable results and lasting change. Solid background in acquiring and activating partnerships from infancy. Years of experience working with corporations to understand business objectives, in order to best assess opportunities in partnership with causes. Success within the non-profit de-centralized model - where there is both a national presence and regional or supporting market presence. Have led partnerships, events and campaigns ranging in revenue from $1-11million with 5-10% year over year incremental growth, whilst working within the healthcare and NGO sphere elevating existing and activating new partnerships. Passionate about equity and inclusion, igniting social change, team building and working alongside amazing partners supporting causes they care about. Currently working with corporate Canada within their DE & I space and using the gender lens to work towards true equity with the Girls Belong Here program as a major pillar. When I’m not doing this, you’ll likely find me on the tennis court, golfing, chilling with my dog or on a plane.
