About Jaylin Beam

To commit to a life of creativity and learning is to always have a purpose and excel through change. Creating and learning have always been a passion for me and the source of my drive to exceed goals and expectations. Every aspect of our lives deserves the best we can give, and if we do not feel that way, then something needs to change, even if it is our mindset. The belief that we can learn and achieve anything we set our minds to has led me through many amazing experiences, and with the help and support of my family and colleagues, through many challenges and opportunities for reflection. After working in different roles, my skills and achievements were highly project oriented, and the more I learned about project management, the more fascinating and diversely applicable I found the field- Managed multiple projects that improved global customer service operations through the creation of training materials, standardized processes, and agent facing support documentation targeting KPIs- Managed internal team projects to improve and implement effective process refinement techniques- Approximately 6 years managing book publication projects from contract initiation to publication. My goal of lifelong learning had led me through experiences and provided skills to excel in a fast-changing world, given me the opportunity to meet and work with amazing people, and enabled me to become a force of development and innovation throughout my career. I can't wait to see what's next!
