About Jaylin Neamon

I have an Associate degree in applied science with a major in agriculture business. I have been in charge of my family’s beef farm finances for over five years. My current position requires me to perform problem solving tactics while adhering to state regulations. I work with specific data bases, mapping programs, excel, and Microsoft word while working alongside my team members. Which includes creating GPS field boundaries and drawing new fields. At my previous position I specialized in branch customer experience through lobby management, transactions, and servicing interactions for retail and business customers. Identifies walk-in customers' needs through the Bank’s retail sales process to provide basic sales solutions for basic customer needs and/or refer complex customer needs to the appropriate team member/partner. I educated customers on current bank processes, solutions, deposits and other convenience services/available channels. I am a Volunteer firefighter/EMT with my local fire department. I have learned to problem solve independently and also in groups when situations arise.
