About Jayme Busch

My work is rooted in a passion for building stronger communities—through education, innovation, and inclusive opportunities. With a background that spans nonprofit development, community programming, event marketing, and small business ownership, I thrive at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and purpose. Currently, I serve as Development Director of Iowa for AIM Institute, leading efforts to expand access to tech education and workforce development through partnerships, fundraising, and community engagement. Before stepping into this role, I managed AIM’s signature conferences—Infotec and the Heartland Developers Conference (HDC)—where I oversaw speaker coordination, sponsorship fulfillment, and event execution to increase visibility and impact. Prior to my work in events, I led AIM’s programming efforts on the Southwest Iowa side, helping to grow initiatives that connected youth and adults to tech training, career exploration, and support services across the region. Outside of my 9–5, I’m a rodeo wife, proud mom, travel softball coach, and small business owner. I run Unique Boutique Iowa, where I blend creativity and customer service to bring affordable, quality fashion to my community. Whether I’m organizing a conference, coaching a tournament, or cheering in the rodeo stands, I show up with energy, adaptability, and a commitment to making things happen.
