About Jayme Gray

I’m an experienced insurance professional with extensive knowledge in Regulatory Compliance, Project Management, Communication, Marketing Research, Sales Account Management and Relationship Building. I enjoy helping people and organizations achieve their goals and overcome obstacles by coaching, communicating, and inspiring. Currently, I am the Director of Regulatory and Customer Relations at American Modern Insurance Group. I oversee a team of bright individuals that focus on relationship building, regulatory communication, facilitation and management of market conduct and financial examinations, resolution and responses for consumer complaints and other compliance focused matters. My team and I are the communication liaison between American Modern Insurance Group and Insurance Regulators. I am a coach, trainer and strategic planner within my division. I also enjoy serving on the Company's Charitable Giving Committee as the Compliance Lead for the organization. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. As a passage for my creative side, I enjoy shopping for junk to re-purpose and bring back to life. I like to read and appreciate a good book on audio while I'm in the car. Music and being outdoors brings me happiness.
