I have worked with small businesses, national retailers, private investors, institutional Landlords, franchisees, developers, and banks. Services include Tenant/Buyer and Landlord/Seller representation including data-driven site selection, market analysis, build to suits, lease negotiation, asset disposition, lease analysis, lease vs. purchase decisions, 1031s, and consulting. In my new role I am focusing on retail properties but I have a decade of experience transacting across product types including office, retail, land, industrial, and multifamily. I work across the metro but have deep knowledge of the Northland submarket. I love what I do and take great pride in providing phenomenal service for my clients.
