About Jayme Stiglich

Throughout my college career I interned a total of four different times. Twice with Robert Bosch LLC, once with Ziel Optics, and once with Swagelok Michigan|Toledo. In all three companies, I was given projects and was guided to work independently. My first year at Bosch I was responsible for performing functional tests on power sports vehicles. The following year I was assigned a project on a high output vehicle. I collected data, interpreted it using INCA, and helped create a predictive model on Matlab. At Ziel Optics I was given two projects regarding process improvement. I analyzed two parts of production and implemented more efficient ways to complete the given tasks. To do so I purchased products and created new fixtures using Solidworks. I also measured and examined cycle times. While interning for Swagelok Michigan|Toledo, I was able to work hands on with the products that Swagelok supplied to customers. I more specifically worked in the Custom Solutions department, which is responsible for fabricating solutions to a customers problem. I assembled components in CAD, and created drawings in order for customers to more easily understand the solution being provided. I also attended and assisted in the Swagelok tube bending class. I consider myself well rounded. I enjoy working independently, but also like working with a team. I am up to take on any challenges that come my way, and always look for opportunities to improve my skill set.
