About Jayme Williams

Science is about finding unique ways to solve challenges, and for as long as I can remember I have always wanted to be a scientist. Working in the Ag Biotech field allows me to satisfy my natural curiosity and have a part in making the world better. Having worked in a startup environment as a research biochemist and transferring into two large global companies where I have built my project management and keadership skills, I am able to act quickly but with the consideration of many potential stakeholders. I like the challenge of negotiating and communicating with diverse groups both internal and external to accomplish mutually beneficial goals. Because of the mergers and acquisitions I have been a part of adaptability and resiliency are key qualities that have allowed me to remain successful even in times of ambiguity. These experiences have taught me the importance and allowed me to practice building trusting relationships with colleagues as we all being open to new cultures and ways-of-working. I focus on being a compassionate team member and leader while still delivering bottom-line results.
