About Jayme Zerbe

I dig data. You can learn a lot about a business by looking at its raw data, but you won't unearth many insights unless you also learn about the business processes from the people who work there. With a Computing Science degree and a knack for effective communication, I help business users understand their data, and help analysts understand the business. My first job after graduating from university was working with a small team to set up a business intelligence solution completely from scratch. The business users were hungry for data and it was fulfilling to help them get what they needed to propel the company forward. My strength as a technical conduit to the business became apparent and I moved away from development into a Business Analyst role. I empathize with my business clients and look for ways to add value with data and software solutions. I love learning and I thrive under the pressures of quickly getting up to speed on new projects and technologies.
