About Jaymeson Mitchell

Having had a multitude of different positions in different types of industries, I have developed a vast array of knowledge and experience. Aside from owning and operating a DJ business as a hobby due to my love of music, I have been in warehousing for 26 years. In that, I have been on the floor, counter sales, inside sales, purchasing, drafting, shipping/receiving, logistics, scheduling and more. I have acquired asset/inventory management as well as most currently, 17 years of warehouse management. As a self-starter and hard worker, I am someone who is absolutely reliable and on time to every shift. When I arrive, I hit the ground running and get right to work managing workers, scheduling vehicles and deliveries as well as rolling up my sleeves and working shoulder to shoulder with my staff as needed. My industrial equipment experience ranges from a dolly, to forklifts, to lifts and gradalls. I have driven everything from a golf cart to a 26’ tandem axle box truck. In essence, no task is too small or too big for me to handle. I have demonstrated leader experience of staffs up to 8 workers. I take on projects or assignments and insure that they are done effectively, efficiently and on time. I have a high regard for time management as well as a keen eye for detail and accuracy. I firmly believe a positive work environment is the most productive and efficient and that was I strive for in my staff and environments. In my career, I strive to exceed company goals within policies and procedures. I uphold company core values with staff, clients and vendors with both excellent written and verbal communication. I am also analytical in problem analysis and problem resolution. I have demonstrated this repeatedly as a strong leader and strong team player.
