Technical Skills: • Tier 1/2 level troubleshooting • Active Directory, User, Group, OU Management • Experience in Enterprise-Wide deployments of 1200+ devices including desktop/laptop/tablets/SSDs. • Experience in installing and configuring computer systems following a defined imaging process. • Experience with basic system administration tasks such as creating domain accounts, NTFS permissions, installing software, and managing Office 365 accounts. • Experience with setting up new PCs, Thin Clients, Laptops, and Surface tablets and installing upgrades as needed. • Working knowledge of managing MS 365 accounts and licensing. • Familiarity with Identity and Acess Management(IAM) • Familiarity with a Hybrid environment (On-Prem AD vs Azure AD, AD sync via Azure ADConnect, user management, permissions assignment using RBAC in Azure, assigning and revoking MS 365 license) • Identify and learn appropriate software & hardware used and supported systems by the organization. • Providing support to end users via phone, email, helpdesk system, teams, or in-person. • Refer to online resources and knowledge bases such as MS docs, MS TechNet, TechGenix, and Spiceworks Community to resolve issues.
