I am a hard working person who can work effectively as part of a team, but can also be trusted to work by myself using my own initiative. I take pride in my work & have a keen eye for detail, spotting any errors in a job & correcting them before they impact on a job down the line. I carry out all my jobs to a busy deadline, meeting all the set targets. I adhere to all Health & safety on site & have attended regular manual handling & safe systems of work, on site. As a warehouse op, we have a clean as we go working policy. This minimises the risk of any accidents. I actively show a ‘Positive can do attitude’ & my focus is on meeting our customer requirements & exceeding them, wherever possible. My role for the past 15 months was working in the customisation team, on the O2 contract. There we work on bespoke orders for customers eg Argos, Asda etc. I daily work on a pc, scanning mobile devices & SIM cards onto a spreadsheet & creating labels. We have to be able to follow working instructions, telling us what the customer requires for each individual order. After creating labels for orders, we were then required to match the SIM cards up with the mobiles & pack them. This job also requires us to pre advice orders onto the system, so that the devices can be found, when they need to be shipped for a customer. I worked on the despatch department for approx 13 years. This is a fast paced part of the O2 contract. This is where we were required to pack all the online orders for customers, plus the bulk orders. A picker collected all the items onto a trolley & then brought it for us to scan the orders onto a pc, print an address label & pack & despatch. This included mobile devices, SIM cards & accessories. We had a deadline to meet daily. I also have experience on a job called fixed dialling. Programming Tel No's onto a sim card.
