About Jayne Brien

I have been employed at Kemp & Rice Orthodontics for over 27 years, beginning with front desk for 20 plus years. In the last few years I’ve transitioned into a treatment coordinator position for which I love. I love going out into the waiting area and meeting the new patient and/or their family for the first time. I feel like I develop a rapport with them right away. My goal is to make them feel at home right away. We then get the photos and records that we need and get them ready to meat the doctor. After time with our skilled and compassionate doctors a plan is in place and I go over the details with them to get them started and accomplish our goal for there beautiful smiles! Interested in ministry and psychology with emphasis on how it relates to our work environment. People are not all the same, so each need to be understood and know they are heard, not only with our patients, but our team as well. I love to listen and offer solutions as well, due to that is within my degree capabilities and my passion. Specialties: Working as a team, negotiating, organizing, computerized scheduling, purchasing and secretarial duties. All that is in the realm of making our business stand out among the community and competitors. I love to market as well and feel that my expertise in planning for events along with my outgoing personality makes every gathering or lunch/dinner meeting very successful!
