Currently on Garden Leave until mid-November 2025: I am a global Chief Legal Officer/GC with 25 years' experience in key international markets across various sectors including retail, food service and manufacturing, food wholesale, nuclear, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Having initially trained and qualified at Eversheds, I have spent the majority of my career in-house, firstly at BNFL, then Iceland Foods, before moving to Sinclair Pharma 10 years ago. I have operated at a senior leadership level and Board member for the last 15 years and have managed the Legal, Compliance, HR, Regulatory, Quality and IT functions at Sinclair globally as well as driving the ESG Strategy. I have considerable experience of executing cross border, large-scale MBOs, M & As and disposals and post-integration transformation projects. I am a strategic, people focused leader, passionate about building and mentoring high performing teams and fostering a collaborative culture. Integrity, fairness, humility and transparency define my leadership style earning me a reputation as a trusted, commercial and approachable advisor.
