About Jayne C.
I have a background providing eating disorder therapy and became interested in the part trauma played in the development of ED's (my history as a teen) when I was diagnosed with cPTSD. I enjoyed coaching clients for a number of years alongside therapy and continued my training and specialise in anxiety, stress and trauma related conditions in 2014. I work in private practice as a Neuro-Somatic Coach and SSP provider at 'Breathing Space' where I support clients to return to a safe and regulated state after years of anxiety or trauma. I also work with neurodiverse women and I identify myself in this way. I am also the co-founder of Fusion Spaces and the Wellness Specialist and Advisor. We focus on technology for good and ‘think differently' to help solve complex human problems with compassion.
