About Jayne Chong

An aspiring human-centric product manager / UX designer transitioning from over a decade of experience in business development across different SME sectors such as credit reporting, real estate, hospitality and healthcare. I came from a sales & marketing background and aiming for a UX position in UX research roles. Over the years, I have honed a wide range of transferable skills to the UX design field by factoring in customer and business needs into the design thinking process. My motto in life is “If you are not learning, you are dying.” Reflecting on my career journey, my desire to learn and grow pushes me to continue upskilling my UX design knowledge. My enthusiasm lies in innovation and growth. Colleagues have described me as a dependable, collaborative team member who offers unwavering support. I enjoy being part of a work community that values open-mindedness and encourages creativity and supportiveness. I strive to contribute to such working environment in any way I can. Currently, I'm based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, I am willing to work remotely or relocate to Singapore or Australia.
