As a Performance Coach, I work with visionary leaders passionate about growing their business. My ideal client is a person or organization who understand the true value of being authentic in today's challenging business world. When my Gardner Method flagship program is integrated into an organization's culture, people problems are eliminated, giving employees the energy for higher performance. I calm down emotionally reactive people unleashing their potential. As each member's belief systems are opened up to new possibilities, the organization thinks as a whole, creating a collaborative environment for expansion. I offer culture evaluations, individual and team performance coaching. My Gardner Method training is presented live and in webinar format. The course is for the executive teams of courageous organizations who are willing to self examine and learn about their blind spots as well as their gifts. I use neuroscience principles to create a sense of inner power to achieve specific goals. I correctly combine training and coaching to create sustainability for the learning curve.
