About Jayne Johnson

From August 2014 to-date I hold the position of finance officer for King's School in Macclesfield. From May 2015 to-date, I also hold the position of Practice Manager for Elderflower Legal also based in Macclesfield, Cheshire. From July 2013 to October 2013 I held the position of Business Manager to the Public Services team for TPP Law - Geldards. From June 2001 to July 2013 I held the position of Practice Director for TPP Law heading up the Support Team. I have worked for leading London law firms in a variety of roles and most recently specialising in legal information technology. I have extensive experience of Microsoft applications, time and document management, contact management and financial systems software. Holding positions as IT helpdesk manager, training manager, capital budget manager, business development manager, and practice manager. I have a vast experience of the workings of law practices and project management. In just under six months of TPP Law being established, I directed the firm to its achievement of Lexcel, the Law Society's quality Mark for practice management. Since then I have played a key role in assisting the firm achieve the National Standard for Investors in People and re-accreditation with Lexcel under the new 2004 Standard and more recently winning a Law Society Excellence Award for Practice Management Standards in 2008.
