Focused and capable, with an ability to deal with the recruitment, operational and strategic needs of my organisation. Experienced in providing up to date HR advice to both line managers and employees whilst ensuring that both the employee and company interests are best represented. Extensive knowledge of working practices, recruitment, pay, conditions of employment and diversity matters. I am responsible for the Group's Global HR function, and all matters staff related. Reporting into the Managing Director and working within the executive committee as part of the senior leadership team.
