About Jayne Rice

I am entering the final year of my residency in the University of Pennsylvania’s Integrated Vascular Surgery program. As a vascular surgeon, I am committed to improving outcomes for patients who often present with advanced disease due to disparities in access to timely care. My clinical and academic interests lie in lower extremity peripheral arterial disease and limb preservation. I am particularly passionate about contributing to multidisciplinary limb salvage programs that integrate advanced endovascular techniques, innovative technologies, community outreach, and health equity-focused advocacy. Throughout my training, I have been exposed to a wide breadth of complex aortic and peripheral endovascular interventions, and I look forward to further refining and applying these skills to support comprehensive, patient-centered vascular care
