I specialise in building high-impact recruitment functions within complex and changing environments, particularly across IT Transformation & Change and Head Office functions. I’ve supported transformation initiatives, led change programmes from a talent perspective, and collaborated closely with senior stakeholders to solve workforce challenges with agility and insight.
