A little about Jayne My Career - Responsible for undertaking systems analysis and development work required to deliver the IT solution. Providing IT support to all users across the entire Sainsbury’s estate, providing excellent customer service and a single point of contact. Resolve incidents wherever possible at first point of contact within the agreed operational framework of policies and processes, minimising impact to the end users. Effectively manage outstanding incidents, prioritising resources and escalating issues where necessary. My Objectives - To do the best I can at whatever it may be, but always be happy in doing it and make the people who join me happy too. My Moto - Don't worry about things that haven't happened yet, because they may not, and if they have then there's nothing you can do, so deal with it!
