As a Project Engineer at Convergint Japan, I specialize in the installation, commissioning, and programming of security systems, structured cabling, and audio-visual (AV) solutions. With a hands-on approach and a commitment to quality, I work closely with clients to deliver projects that meet high standards of performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. My role spans across technical execution and project coordination—from system design using AutoCAD, to on-site installation and client training. I’m also involved in troubleshooting, providing technical support to cross-functional teams, and staying up to date with the latest in security, network, and AV technologies.
