With over 12 years of experience in process engineering and project management I have been at the forefront of green hydrogen petrochemical and Power-to-X industries. My journey has been driven by a passion for innovation efficiency and sustainability leading me to work on cutting-edge hydrogen projects electrolyser development and large-scale process optimization. Currently I serve as Senior Manager - Engineering at Prozeal Green Energy Limited where I lead the engineering division for green hydrogen and green ammonia projects. My role encompasses everything from process design and risk assessment to vendor selection and commissioning ensuring seamless execution while maintaining compliance with international standards. My expertise spans: ✅ Process Engineering & Design – Development of PFDs P&IDs cause & effect diagrams and technical process deliverables. ✅ Green Hydrogen Projects – Specialized in alkaline water electrolysis electrolyser stack development and clean energy solutions. ✅ Process Safety & Risk Management – Conducting HAZOP HAZID SIL and 3D Model Reviews for safety and regulatory compliance. ✅ Techno-Commercial Evaluations – Selecting OEM technologies and EPC partnerships to enhance project feasibility. ✅ Project Execution & Commissioning – Managing end-to-end project execution from design to commissioning including FAT SAT PSSR and PGTR ✅ Troubleshooting & Optimization – Identifying process inefficiencies and implementing strategies for improved plant performance. ✅ Business Development Support – Providing technical insights and feasibility assessments for new projects. My technical proficiency in Aspen HYSYS NFPA 2 ISO 22734 ASME codes and SAP PM/PP Modules enables me to drive results-oriented solutions in complex engineering environments. Beyond my technical skills I thrive in cross-functional leadership roles collaborating with stakeholders EPC contractors licensors and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
