I have successfully configured and deployed multiple solutions for various clients, including hospitals, laboratories, and pharmacies, enhancing their efficiency and performance. I have a strong background in software system testing, supply chain management, and technical support, which I acquired from my education and previous work experiences. I graduated from Seneca College with a degree in Supply Chain Management, and from Fanshawe College with a postgraduate certificate in Software System Testing. I also worked as a Technical Support Analyst at ELLKAY and as an IT Support Technician at BOMBARDIER, where I developed my skills in technical project management, application configuration, and process improvement. I am passionate about solving complex problems, learning new technologies, and delivering value to customers.
