About Jayson Babel

As the SVP of Corporate Strategy & Operations, I provide strategic vision leadership, business continuity and growth planning, and relationship management services for the company. I serve all Enchant departments, aligning the needs of each team with corporate strategy to host Enchant experiences. I partner with Executive Team, reporting to the CEO, Kevin Johnston, to ensure our goals and revenue targets are met, partnerships and innovation remain our core advantage, and foster venue partner relationships rooted in values that focus on guest experience. I use data, accountability, and inspiration to drive success. Originally from Toronto, Jayson's been living in South Florida since 2014. Prior to working at Ann Storck Center Jayson worked with various non-profits including: UN-HABITAT Malawi, Canadian Red Cross, Greenpeace USA and the Listuguj Mi'gmaq Tribe of Canada. During his time at Ann Storck Center Jayson secured and managed over $3 million in funding from both private and public sources. His notable accomplishments included supervising affordable housing projects to remodel group homes and securing additional funding to build a group home that will become home to children with developmental disabilities. He developed a Joint Participation Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation to establish the Mobility Management Facilitation Program to enhance mobility for individuals who are transportation disadvantaged throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. He's a recent graduate of Leadership Broward Class 34, a South Florida Business & Wealth 2017 Up & Comer Awards Finalist, and longtime "Big" to his "Little", Kornelius, whom he affectionately calls, Korn-Dog, in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County program. Other volunteer engagements include working with Joy Juice Foundation as a strategic advisor for their programs concentrating on serving adolescents with cancer. He also served on the board of "Water Works," an organization that works on sustainable water, sanitation and hygiene initiatives in Malawi.
