I've been in the IT service industry for more than half a decade and currently holding a position as a Presales consultant primarily focusing in IT Security. A highly motivated, enthusiastic and focused professional eager to learn new concepts and approach to further enhance my ability to add value in my chosen industry.I specialize in consultative selling, Identifying and understanding customer requirements, needs and pain points. Recognizing the key business drivers of a project is one of my strongest points. I bridge customer needs to the solutions and services my company carries and what the current technology is able to achieve.I support sales in closing project based deals and disseminate valuable information needed during the transition phase from the business (sales) to the technical aspect (deployment). I have superior solution documentation skills and a vast experience in responding to RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and ITQs across different industries including FSIs, Government and Healthcare. One of my core duties is to conduct exceptional solution presentation and demonstration to customers, generate POC write-ups and take part in POCs and solution clarification sessions with the customers.
