About Jayson Digamon

JAYSON S. DIGAMON is an Associate Member of the National Research Council of the Philippines, a prominent constituent body under the arm of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST). Presently, he serves as a Senior Education Program Specialist, where he heads the Planning and Research Unit within the Department of Education-Schools Division of Gingoog City, overseeing and managing the research activities of teaching and non-teaching personnel of the Division. J Digamon is an adjunct graduate school professor at Liceo de Cagayan University, where he handles thesis writing for master's students and dissertation writing for doctoral students. Additionally, he teaches research subjects at Christ the King College for Nursing, Education, and Hospitality Management students. Rising through the ranks of education, J Digamon achieved a degree Doctor of Education in Leadership and Management (EdD) with Bene Meritus distinction from Liceo de Cagayan University (2023). Additionally, he earned a Master of Arts in Education in English Language Teaching from the same institution in 2017 and a Bachelor of Secondary Education, Cum Laude, from Christ the King College, Gingoog City, in 2012. J Digamon's interests are in educational, social science, and humanities research. His papers have been presented at local, national, and international platforms, specifically in Singapore, South Korea, and Malaysia. His achievements include securing the "BEST PAPER" award at the 2017 South East Asian Conference for Institutional Research Conference in Singapore, earning recognition as the "Best Oral Presenter" during the 3rd Asia Pacific Conference on Interdisciplinary Research (APCIR 2020), achieving 2nd Place distinction at the 2017 Regional Research Congress, and achieving First Place honors thrice at the 2015, 2017, and 2018 Division Research Congress. Furthermore, J Digamon's research output is evidenced by his authorship of over ten published research articles, all of which are readily accessible on prominent scholarly platforms such as Google Scholar and ResearchGate. His contributions have garnered considerable citations, underscoring their significance in academic discourse. Recognized for his impactful research, J Digamon secures the 5th spot among Liceo de Cagayan University's Top Scientists, according to the Ad Scientific Index 2023 and University Rankings 2024.
