I have experience demonstrating and delivering value to CISO, CIO, and CTO leaders and their teams, all while building long-term partnerships. After a strong history of exceeding sales quotas, I took on a team leadership role. I embrace a transformational leadership style with my teams, driven by my passion for helping others overachieve their goals. One of my key motivations is to continually improve ineffective processes and systems, a mindset I believe is crucial in the ever-evolving landscape of cybersecurity.Currently, I am further enhancing my skill set by pursuing an MBA in IT Management. This educational journey empowers me with valuable insights and strategies to become an even more effective employee and leader. This comprehensive understanding of IT management will enable me to make more informed decisions, optimize resource allocation, and foster a culture of innovation within my team. My commitment to both my professional growth in cybersecurity and academic pursuits ensures that I will continue to provide exceptional service and support to my clients and colleagues alike.In my personal life, I am a family man first. I appreciate that remote work has given me more daily opportunities to connect with my family, especially my children. I thrive doing anything outdoors, whether hiking, camping, or skiing. I have a drive for continuous improvement and am currently trying to learn golf. I love taking personality tests to understand better how I and those around me process information. Traveling is something I look forward to because I want to experience other cultures, especially their food. When I have time, I enjoy cooking and exploring new recipes. Finally, I find fulfillment in attending my church congregation and serving those around me, especially youth who are seeking guidance and direction in life.
