About Jayson Keys

Experienced Program Manager with a track record of managing both programs and projects of varying degrees of complexity in challenging and fast-paced environments. Leveraging my over 14 years as an Army officer, I have applied the leadership and strategic focus needed to guide programs and projects to a successful completion. This includes the development, mentorship, and team-building necessary to ensure effective buy-in and execution of programs and projects. Leveraging the experiences and skills gained through my career, I've had the ability to apply the principles as a certified PMP practitioner. Throughout my career, I've had the benefit of having a broad experience in multiple industries and thriving in the face of new challenges. In my civilian capacity, I have lead individual, IDIQ, and development programs in the defense industry ranging in value from $1 million to over $100 million. Managing stakeholders and customer expectations while driving excellence and conducting strategic analysis and program vision have been my focus while executing the programs using several different program management team models. In my past, I've lead and supported various multi-million dollar energy infrastructure projects for a regional energy (both electric and gas) utility provider where I learned the principles of project management and earned my PMP. I am also an engineer officer in the Army Reserve of over 14 years and am a veteran of 3 deployments. I've had the privilege of leading organizations ranging from 8 to over 120 Soldiers and civilians. Most recently while deployed, lead a team that oversaw and managed the Army construction program and activities for one of the countries overseas.
