About Jayson Quesne

My name is Jay Le Quesne (He/Him). I'm a passionate and energetic leader who aims to inspire and create a lasting impact on those I'm privileged to serve. I infuse passion and empathy into every fiber of the relationships I build. Throw my emotional intellegence I cultivate a culture of trust that allows others to operate at their best and be their most authentic selves. These attributes in addition to my communication, analytical and detail oriented skills have helped me to develop others and create inclusive and innovative work strategies, stronger working relationships, and meaningful impacts to their teams and their businesses. I'm a champion of diversity, equity and inclusion, and pride myself on leveraging this in everything I do. I have been recognized for my efforts in these areas through outstanding performance evaluations and awards in the various roles I have held. I currently have ten years of coaching and development related work and five years of leadership experience. I serve as an ambassador for Progressive's LGBTQ+ employee resource group and am a graduate of their Multi-Cultural Leadership Development Program. I possess strong adaptability skills and an endless thirst for knowledge. I proactively seek new learnings and perspective to elevate the development of others and challenge myself to increase the impact I have both personally and professionally. I am an ambassador to the legacies of those I'm fortunate to serve and develop. I have a proven track record of motivating others to rise to their potential, seek out new challenges and perspectives, and influence them to make impacts in their lives and careers that will one day become part of their legacy.
