EXPERIENCE · Over 20 years providing excellent customer service in various positions. Proven leader while in the US Army and 7 years in the Logistics field with 5 of those 7 as an Operations Manager. Entrepreneur, I owned my own business for 2 years and I am currently a licensed Special Process Server appointed by the Pinellas County Sheriff LEADERSHIP · United States Army- While serving our country my excellent communication skills allowed me to obtain leadership positions such as squad leader, section leader and eventually platoon leader. While in Korea my leadership coupled with my knowledge and communication skills awarded me the coveted positioned of boat operator. At Fort Polk, LA I was hand-picked to work directly with our company 1st sergeant and company commander. · At CTIS I would train apprentice technicians in real time filed environments as well as assist newer technicians that already completed training and still required field assistance. · While at MANKO Delivery Systems I developed an SOP (standard Operating Procedure) for new employees working for MANKO that were in direct contact with our client, UPS SCS (UPS Supply Chain Solutions) as well as trained new employees on dock safety and security, forklift operation and safety, UPS SCS culture and systems (programs and scanners & DiADS), how to properly load air freight containers (ULD, PN) and how to handle and load hazardous material (HAZMAT).
