I have extensive experience in managing user access and account modifications, including approving requests and handling new account setups. I conduct monthly user audits, manage bulk account access removals, and ensure accurate updates to user and Point of Contact information. My role includes sending email alerts regarding outages and maintenance, participating in on-call rotations, and troubleshooting issues related to Contact Center technologies such as inContact Userhub, Verint, Nice Screen Agent, and WFM.I also provide back-office support for VIPs, Directors, Managers, and clients by installing and troubleshooting office tools software and hardware. I am proficient in generating reports, configuring desktops and laptops, and managing seat allocations. Additionally, I have experience with deploying and testing tools like NiceIncontact, Five9, Genesis, and AVAYA Agent.With a strong background in managing antivirus updates, SCCM for unmanaged machines, and assisting with security audits, I am well-versed in network infrastructure, Active Directory, Group Policy, and troubleshooting various computer and application issues.
