About Jazmin Bennett

A motivated self-learner, well-rounded innovator and creative problem-solver. Currently, I am a MBA recipient from Georgia Southern University. Previously, I was a Dual Degree Scholar who earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Physics minor at the University of Arkansas (Fayetteville). Prior to this, I earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Fort Valley State University. I have interned for Hussmann Corporation as a New Product Development Intern for a summer, and the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission for two summers as a Student Engineer. Prior to these internships, I worked as an Energy Auditor Intern at Fort Valley State University, and as a Student Researcher in the GIFT Program at Georgia Institute of Technology. During the academic year, I have served as a Math Tutor at Fort Valley State University and St. Luke's Episcopal Church Canterbury Club. I am a member of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), Society of Women Engineers (SWE), University of Arkansas Student Alumni Association (SAA) and the Academic Excellence Program (AEP).
