About Jazmin Magee

Highly skilled and adaptable U.S. Air Force veteran with over 10 years of experience in people management, ofce administration, social work, and executive support. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage operations, and provide comprehensive, agile support in fast-paced environments. A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Committed to contributing to the success of organizations by applying a broad skill set developed through diverse professional and military experiences. Beyond my corporate experience, my passion for cultivating both land and community has led me to create an urban farm where I grow herbs and flowers to nourish both my community and my creativity. Documenting the journey on YouTube provides an opportunity to share my passion, connect with and inspire others. Through content creation and storytelling, I share the realities of urban gardening, both the challenges and the wins. Building a farm from the ground up requires the same dedication, strategic thinking, and resilience that define my professional career. Whether it's supporting executives, managing operations, or cultivating a garden, I thrive in spaces where creativity and structure work together. Let’s connect!
