Hi there, I’m Jazmine "Nikao" Bledsoe—a speaker, music artist, actress, and the founder and Executive Director of Nikao Nation, a nonprofit ministry with a mission to raise awareness of sexual trauma and empower survivors through creative storytelling, trauma education, and connection to resources. My journey is deeply personal, shaped by my own experiences with sexual trauma and the healing I’ve found through practical steps like therapy and support of my community and my faith in Jesus Christ. These experiences have fueled my passion for creating spaces where others can encounter hope, resilience, and restoration. Through my music, live performances, and speaking engagements, I bring my story to life, transforming it into a powerful tool to inspire and uplift others. At Nikao Nation, we use creative approaches—such as live theatrical experiences, panel discussions, and interactive workshops—to facilitate conversations around trauma and healing. We bridge the gap between survivors and resources, fostering environments where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported.
