About Jazmine Tabion

I am currently a Scheduler with Behavior Frontiers, assisting ABA therapists and their clients with their scheduling needs. I was previously an Early Behavior Interventionist with Child Development Institute (CDI), primarily focusing on whole child development with an emphasis on attachment and learning theory. I graduated from University of California, San Diego (UCSD) in 2017 with a B.S. in Social Psychology and minor in Educational Studies (ECE). While attending school, I gained experience working in a formal classroom setting as a tutor and teaching assistant. After graduating, I worked full-time as a Montessori Preschool Teacher/Teacher Assistant, and Toddler Teacher at Montessori Funtime, Irvine Montessori School, and ABC Little School. These positions have taught me patience, resilience, and empathy, which I believe are key factors in creating a nurturing environment where young children can learn and grow. I have worked as a research assistant (RA) at the Mind, Experience, and Perception (MEP) lab at UCSD under Dr. Karen Dobkins and Dr. Rain Bosworth, where I I helped with recruitment, data entry, participated in data analysis, attended weekly lab meetings, conducted our lab experiment with infants and adults, read research papers, scheduled appointments, and kept the lab clean and organized. These tasks have strengthened my communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. I also have experience in customer service and have earned awards for my exemplary teamwork at BevMo! and AMC. My primary duties were to provide positive experiences to guests through greeting guests and meeting their needs, promote merchandise and sales, handle front register during store rushes, inventory, and to create aesthetically pleasing displays.
