Hello! If we’ve never had the pleasure of meeting in person; My name is Jazmine! I am an Intake Specialist at Hollywood Mental Health in Portland, OR. and have been working with this amazing company since the beginning of 2022. I interface with new and current clients on a daily basis, as well as set up appointments, create new patient charts, handle medical records in accordance with HIPAA, manage billing processes for both providers and patients and do insurance claim processing and management. In my short time of working with Hollywood Mental Health, I have had the incredible opportunity to advance my career from the entry-level Administrative Assistant to my current role of Intake Specialist. This change came with many challenges and learning curves as any new responsibility does, but with the support and guidance from the rest of the administrative team, I have fully settled in to my new position. Personal Connections are what make collaborative dreams happen. My goals are to create a work environment that is personable, empathetic, and growth driven; both for the company as a whole, as well as each individual.
