About Jazzlyne Ellis

My aspiration as a certified nursing assistant, is to perform my job with compassion which allow me to deliver quality service for over fourteen years. I am very enthusiastic about my job because enjoy taking care of people and caring for the elderly. I strongly believe, having a career in the nursing field you have to be understanding and compassionate to every patient's needs to enhance personal growth. I take initiative to deliver quality service to residents, family, and my follow co-workers. However, it takes more then having the skill as an certified nursing assistant and I feel that a great CNA, have to take the time to understand your residents. At my job I show decency, kindness, and fairness to all my residents I encounter. I believe in my residents comes first to give the maximum level of care. The reason why I am looking for another job, I'm planning attending college fall 2017. I feel like it's time to enhance my career now my daughter attending college herself. I'm looking for a position that is flexible and will utilize my income working three days a week. I have worked in hospitals, nursing homes, home health, and hospice care. I am effective in team leadership with my charge nurse and understanding how to established good teamwork to provide excellent care to our residents.
