About Jb Green

I am a commercial real estate executive with deep experience in land development, brokerage, construction, and supply chain. I provide corporate real estate strategies to companies and owners in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, technology, luxury, and aerospace industries, as well as others across the nation. As a former Division 1 athlete (USC Men’s Football Team and Men’s Volleyball Team), I bring a competitive discipline and entrepreneurial-minded spirit to my work with a drive for winning and taking calculated risks. I operate with a high level of grit, strategy, and sharp focus to negotiate and win for my clients. After graduating with a business and real estate degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (ranked in the top 5 undergraduate business programs), and following multiple real estate-focused internships, I began working with CBRE, the largest commercial real estate company in the world, in its Orange County office. Following almost 5 years at CBRE where I was named a Rising Star (2X) and Industrial Rookie of the Year, I joined Savills North America as an associate director and specialized in large corporate tenant representation, supply chain consulting, and investment sales. In July 2021, I joined Colliers as Vice President, leading landlord/buyer representation, tenant advisory services, and investment sales across Southern California and the United States. To date, I’ve been involved in more than 10 million feet of industrial and office transactions throughout Southern California. Coaching & Other Leadership In addition to my commercial real estate work, I coach young athletes, parents of athletes, and high achievers in their personal development and performance, providing tools to excel, building a winning mindset, and forging mental growth for greater success on the field and in the business world. I am also a founding member of the National League of Young Men, a non-profit organization that promotes the development of young men into community leaders through leadership involvement, charitable and community services, cultural experiences, and protocol education. I speak frequently on behalf of the organization.
