About Jb Hillard

As a field producer for reality television, I am responsible for overseeing the production of on-location shoots for various shows. I work closely with the production team to plan and execute shoots, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to schedule. This includes scouting locations, organizing equipment, coordinating with talent and crew, and managing the logistics of the shoot. In my role as a field producer, I also act as a liaison between the production team and the on-camera talent, helping to create an environment that is comfortable and conducive to great performances. I am always looking for ways to enhance the story and create compelling content that will captivate viewers. In addition to my production responsibilities, I am also skilled in post-production, including editing and story development. I work with editors to shape raw footage into engaging storylines that resonate with audiences and help to drive the narrative forward. Overall, my experience as a field producer has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to create successful reality television shows. I am passionate about storytelling and love nothing more than seeing a story come to life on screen. If you're looking for a talented and experienced field producer for your next project, I would love to chat with you about how I can help bring your vision to life.
