Every dream begins with a dreamer.” Growing up, I’ve always been passionate about how I can grow as a person, whether it maybe in school, at work, or life in general. As an immigrant, moving to the US has opened a lot of opportunities for me. I currently work as an Assistant Branch Manager. I find this career very rewarding as I started as a Member Service Representative where I enjoy interacting with the members, getting to know them and helping them meet their financial needs. Now, I lead an amazing team that has the same drive to serve and deliver excellent member service within the community. I believe in creating a positive working environment where everyone can learn and still have fun. I also act as a mentor and encourage growth with my team to help them reach their full potential. I believe that if you have passion for growth it will lead you to success.
