I love problem solving and using technology and analytics to unravel spiderwebs of complexity. The ANSWERS you are looking for are just a few lines of code away; whether it is programing in Python, using SQL to “inner join” tables, or using POWERBI/TABLEAU to conduct analytics on multiple databases. I enjoy the “art” of finding predictability in a complex arrangement of DATA and FIGURES. The enjoyment of “tinkering” in technology and my LEARNER mindset has propelled me into the fun world about the Cloud Architecture (earning my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and working on my AWS Solutions Architect – Associate), learning about Dockers/Containers, and Kubernetes. Starting my career in college (where I earned my B.S. in Computer Science), I worked both as an IT Technician (problem solving the laptops to the company’s servers) to analyzying data and writing some code for a company that tried to predict stock market movement using noncontemporary datasets and behavioral means. I continued on learning path by getting a job programming with client side javascript and HTML 5 before joining the Army, earning my Green Beret, and excelling with technical, high level communications, as a data scientist, using several data analytics tools to create innovative solutions to strategic problems; recently in finance. Today you will find me perusing through a technical book (both in technology and finance), learning how I can use a Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to interpret the next long term growth stock as well as learning how I can visualize those datasets into either a POWERBI or TABLEAU dashboard… never stop learning, always be curious.
