About Jean Austin

My position is part of the Global marketing function which is focused on the strategic priorities of Global Private Bank and aims to support revenue growth for the business in the Americas. My overall focus is to understand customers and identify, develop and execute on marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the HSBC brand. My role is responsible for the campaigns and management of events and hospitality, group sponsorships and intra-group integration. I am responsible for creating solutions for specific business initiatives. I am responsible for understanding the overall Marketing budget activities while managing spend across event lines. My role is also responsible for providing business stakeholder coverage to the Northeast and Southeast regions through understanding and aligning with their business priorities.
