Starting his career in the Pool & Spa Industry after finishing high school he learnt customer service skills, small business operations, product distribution and sales along with B2B and B2C operations. After 9 years in the Pool & Spa Industry he felt it was time to take his passion for sales to the next level. Starting in the automotive industry he had a team of people who fostered his development in vehicle sales and delivery process. His determination to succeed allowed him to become a top sales consultant within a matter of months. His desire to see everyone around him succeed and his adaptability in tough moments made him the right candidate for an opportunity to move into a management position. This is a growth inspired leader who is aware he has something new to learn each day. He loves a challenge and values each opportunity he has been given.
