To accomplish this, I first focus on establishing a bold vision, then building an amazing team and finally leading people and technology towards the vision. I have enjoyed some executive positions for most of my career in the semiconductor and optical industries. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself: I can successfully bring out of ground a high-tech business and scale it up- I put the customer at the center of all that I do- I excel at the execution of big ideas with harsh constraints - My gut instinct is good but I seek data for my decisions I can gather, lead and grow world-class core company teams from 10 to 100 people- I nurture teams both as a lamb and a lion so that they can win - I speak other people language - I tell great narratives that motivate I let myself be refined to be a better person - I am constantly learning because I never settle - I stay focused on the objective when faced with adversity - I focus on making high-quality decisions I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
