About Jean Dalmore

Jean A. Dalmore is a Partner, Co-Chair of the Construction Law practice group and member of the Professional Liability practice group of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. Ms. Dalmore focuses her practice in the area of construction defect and construction site accident, representing developers, general contractors, sub-contractors and material suppliers in all fields of construction, and in the area of professional liability representing insurance brokers in malpractice actions. She also has extensive expertise in the areas of general liability and business torts. Ms. Dalmore is well experienced in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, mediation, arbitration, and trial having spent her entire career as a trial lawyer at Murchison & Cumming. She is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Ms. Dalmore is active in the USLAW Network and was recently selected to serve as Co-Chair of the organization's Construction Program during the 2012 Spring Client Conference, and to serve as Secretary of its Construction Law practice group in 2012.
