This is often much easier for me to do as I have the knowledge without the emotional ties to the pieces for sale. It eases the stress of a move on the homeowner and family members. I run a professional sale with experienced staff. Before listing the home for sale there may be small projects needed to freshen up the home. Updated paint and flooring can make a huge difference in the eye of buyers.
