After refining my technical expertise as a Senior Software Engineer at Verizon, where I led a team developing a platform that streamlined over 1.5 million annual transactions, I transitioned into product management to bridge the gap between technology and business strategy. My time at SilverRail has been pivotal. I started as a Product Manager, delivering market-specific innovations that contributed significantly to revenue growth. Fast-forward 12 years, I now serve as Vice President of Product Management, driving transformative change across the organization. My leadership at SilverRail has guided the successful launch of multiple products, contributing to substantial market growth and heightened customer engagement. I supported the introduction of agile-focused teams, which resulted in faster product launches and enhanced quality. Beyond numbers, I take pride in cultivating high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and shared success. My career has also been shaped by a global perspective. Having lived and worked across Europe, Africa, and North America, I have deepened my understanding of diverse markets and their unique challenges. This has instilled a commitment in me to drive economic development in emerging markets and explore innovative approaches to growth and impact. Outside work, I find joy in pursuits that mirror my professional values: coaching my son’s soccer team to nurture growth and teamwork and tending to my garden as a reminder of patience and the rewards of nurturing potential.
